Continue to Gain Strength into your 50’s and Beyond

At RegiMEN our mantra is “aging without limitations”.  So, is it true—Can one continue to improve strength and endurance into their 50’s and beyond?

Our answer is a resounding Yes! Obviously, one needs to be smart in their approach to strength and endurance training. But we believe with the proper RegiMEN of supplements, combined with a holistic approach incorporating the proper nutritional program and exercise plan, one can keep making gains throughout their 50’s and into their 60’s.

Typically our approach to anti-aging is directed at the man concerned with maintaining a healthy, energetic, active lifestyle.  We have clients who believe in a much more aggressive approach to aging, who are concerned with continuing their lifestyle as well as reaching beyond to the senior Olympics or senior body building.

Consider one of our clients, Gene Lawrence who recently, at the age of 70 set three state power lifting records within months of shoulder surgery. Gene does not believe in aging as a limiting factor. And another client, Walt Balcer, recently set his personal best in the bench press at 58 years of age!

Other clients simply aspire to maintain their level of fitness while still enjoying the challenges in the gym or on the track, on the court or on the course. With all of the gains in nutrition, supplementation, and training, we ask, why not? I know many people today in their late 50’s and 60’s who are taking second careers as trainers or teaching pros or leading classes that cause people many years younger to break a sweat to keep up.

At RegiMEN we’ll work with you to help you reach your goals whatever they might be by providing strategies and expertise, efficacious products and services, such as meal planning, as well as exercise programs. Follow us as we explore holistic new anti-aging strategies, always focused on safety, natural and effective products, and healthy lifestyle choices.

Give us your feedback. Have you cut back on your intensity as you’ve aged or do you still push it to the limit day in and day out? Are you still getting better? What type of training and nutrition regimens have you followed? Are you ready to get serious?

Yours in Good Health,

Dr. Burke
