We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from RegiMEN Anti-Aging. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 30 days from the order date for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, and / or other charges. The item must be returned, unused and in the original container (whenever possible), and with all paperwork and accessories to ensure full credit.

To return an item(s) that is not opened. Please forward an email to: returns@mensantiagingregimen.com requesting a “return authorization”. Please provide the following information in your email:

• Your name, order number, phone number, email address, item(s) to be returned, and, the reason you are returning the item.
• Also, please let us know if you would like a refund (minus shipping) or an exchange.
• We will e-mail you to confirm receipt of your request and provide further details of how to return item(s).
• All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. shipping charges.
• We cannot be responsible for the amount of time that it takes for the item to be delivered back to us or for damage during shipment.
• For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return.
• Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to the warehouse.
• You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product.

Our Standard Return policies do not apply to all items. The RegiMEN Anti-Aging Nutrition Program and Meal Planning service, and, the RegiMEN Conditioning Regimen powered by FitSync are non-refundable.
